Salient Features The building is the production unit for Pricol. It is a RCC framed structure having three floors. The scope of work involved civil, land development and road works.  The building features post tensioned concrete structures, NCL windows, structural glazing etc.

Salient Features The building is the corporate office cum production unit for Orient Craft Ltd., one of the largest exporters for readymade garments of India.  It houses the administrative, accounts and production offices of the company which are finished in marble, tiles and high quality teakwood doors and paneling.  The exterior is done in fine grit wash stone finish. The production area is a basement plus three storeyed building in which approximately 3000 workers work in two shifts.

Salient Features This is a RCC frame structure building with two basements and nine upper floors having a total covered area of approximately 400,000 sqft.

Salient Features The project consisted of a factory building, administrative office, residential colony and complete external developments, roads, sewer lines, street lights etc.  The total covered area was 65,000 m2.  We are proud to say that we were able to complete the project in 14 months to the entire satisfaction of the client and consultants.
