Salient Features The project consists of two Academic Blocks, five Hostel Buildings for 720 students, Accommodation for teaching and non-teaching staff, Principal and Bursars residences, Dining Hall and Kitchen, Gymnasium, Hospital along with external development and roads.

The different components of the project are:

a) Academic Block (two) : 5140 sq.m.

b) Hostel Block for 150 Boys (five) : 15000 sq.m.

c) Residences for Principal, Teachers and Staff : 6500 sq.m.

d) Gymnasium : 1000 sq.m.

e) Dining Hall (one) : 1630 sq.m.

f) Misc. Buildings : 250 sq.m.

g) Road : 9000 sq.m.

h) Compound Wall : 1700 Rmt.

First Phase of the project was completed in 11 months and was inaugurated on 2nd May 1998 by Mr. Rahul Bajaj, Chairman of Bajaj Auto Ltd., in the august presence of Syt. B.K. Birlaji, Smt. Sarala Birlaji and a host of other distinguished guests.
