Salient Features The plot is located on the main Mathura Road in Sector-28, Faridabad. The size of the plot is 7.5 Acres. The building, meant to house the entire corporate head office of the group and their major operations, is a R.C.C. frame structure measuring 66 Mtrs. x 182 Mtrs. The basement (10000m2) is 7 Mtrs. deep with a R.C.C. ramp 4 Mtrs. wide going down to a loading/unloading bay at basement level.
The retaining walls of the ramp are in R.C.C. and go up to a height of 10 Mtrs. from basement to 
ground level. The entire building covers an area of 3,50,000 Sft. The arrangement is RCC Flat Slab with columns @ 8 m. centre to centre and height between floors varying between 6m. to 7m.
The project building is a design-cum-production unit for Garment Export House. The building has large production halls as well as small sized administration area. The outside finishing is done in grit plaster with recess features in MRIDUL & VENETRAX. Extensive use of Kota stone with inlay of green/white/yellow marble is made in flooring.
