The building is the production unit for PRICOL. It is a RCC framed structure having three floors. The scope of work involved civil, land development and road works.  The building features post tensioned concrete structures, NCL windows, structural glazing etc.

Construction of state-of-the-art building at Plot No.IP-1, Sector-28, Faridabad. The plot is located on the main Mathura Road in Sector-28, Faridabad.  The size of the plot is 7.5 Acres. The building, meant to house the entire corporate head office of the group and their major operations, is a R.C.C. frame structure measuring 66 Mtrs. x 182 Mtrs.  The basement (10000m2) is 22'0" deep with a R.C.C. ramp 4 Mtrs. wide going down to a loading/unloading bay at basement level.  The retaining walls of the ramp are in R.C.C. and go up to a height of 10 Mtrs. from basement to ground level.  The entire building covers an area of 35000 m2.

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd. Construction of 100% E.O.U. Cotton Yarn + Denim Manufacturing Complex at Village Satrati, Distt. Khargone (M.P.). The project consisting of factory buildings, administrative office, residential colony and complete external developments, roads, sewer lines, streetlights etc. The total covered area was over 10,00,000 sft. The design for the office complex was very intricate and the specifications called for very high quality finishes.
