The Campus, spread over 65 acres is surrounded by hills of the Western Ghats and has the ideal ambience for a place where students can study in the best environment. The campus consists of two academic blocks, five hostel blocks to house 720 students, a large residential colony for faculty and staff, gymnasium, hospital and a very large dining hall with kitchen.
Construction of Boys Hostel, Lecture Hall Complex and Samtel Centre for Display Technology at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur:
As is well known, I.I.T. Kanpur is a premier engineering institute of India. Its campus, spread over 700 acres, is dotted with some of best-designed buildings in the country.
The scope of work covered Civil, Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Sanitary, Electrical, Air-conditioning and External Development works. The project has high specification & rich finishes.
Based on our satisfactory performance they had awarded us further construction of another hostel block to house 400 students with required facilities.
Construction of Multi-purpose Hall for Indian Inland Mission at Daya Vihar, Gurgaon (Haryana): Covered area of 60000 Sft. The building consists of an auditorium with a clear height of approximately 40 Ft. The building has pile foundation, high-class finished flooring of different type of granites, marbles etc. Internal walls and ceiling are finished with Gypsum veneer plastering. External finish is of granite/stone cladding and hand printed ceramic tiles.
M/s. Mody Institute of Education and Research we developed their campus at Lakshmangarth, Sikar. This is spread over an area of over 250 acres and is a complete campus consisting of residential areas for students, senior and junior faculty, academic buildings, libraries, recreation centres, hospital etc.
Construction of their dining facilities with a total built up area of 125000 sq.feet with a capacity to serve 1750 persons in one sitting has also been developed by us.
Construction of state-of-the-art building at Plot No.IP-1, Sector-28, Faridabad for M/s. Shahi Exports (India) Ltd.:
The plot is located on the main Mathura Road in Sector-28, Faridabad. The size of the plot is 7.5 Acres. The building, meant to house the entire corporate
head office of the group and their major operations. The building was awarded the best Building by the Institute of Architects.
